Dance Program – Advisor – Ms. Sales
Are you a Junior right now? If so, the Lawrence High School Dance Department is looking for you to join our 2019 -2020 Senior Dance class. This is your opportunity to try something new and what better way than to join dance your senior year. We welcome young man and young woman. Auditions will be held this coming Monday right after school at 2:45 sharp. If interested, please see Ms. Sales in the dance studio any day this week period 4 (the beginning of period 4) Only serious applicants need apply !

National Art Honor Society – Advisor – Ms. Ganes
The National Art Honor Society and FHA have an exciting announcement – The New Cookbook of Multicultural recipes is in! “The Melting Pot” recipes is the title. Please see Ms. Cohen in room 220 or Ms. Ganes in room 132 to buy your copy. They are on sale now for $13.00. Don’t miss out on these recipes (many by Ms. Cohen and all our staff)
Powderpuff Football-Advisor-Ms. Kind
Attention all Juniors and Seniors:
Let’s do it! Let’s make Powerpuff Football HAPPEN! What’s Powderpuff Football? It is a game in which the girls play football and the guys are the cheerleaders! The juniors will play the seniors in a fun rival game. Mr. Ballantyne and Mr. Paulino will be the referees. So juniors and seniors see Junior Officers to buy your $10.00 Powderpuff T-shirts that are required to pay in the game!
Senior News!
Seniors, If you still have not ordered your cap and gown and are planning on attending graduation, you must see Mrs. Laino in the Guidance Office. The Herff Jones rep will not be coming back. The cost is $34.00. Only money orders will be accepted. We will not be accepting cash or personal checks
Senior Banquet
Hey Class of 2019, today is the day you have been waiting for! The Senior Banquet will take place today at 7:00 pm.
Bussing will be provided for students that need transportation to go the banquet.
There will be 2 pick-ups and returns:
The first pick up will be Lawrence High School at 6:15 pm.
The second pick up will be take place at the # 2 school at 6:30 pm.
Senior Class Prom 2019
Seniors, Join your classmates to celebrate your accomplishments at a Mardi Gras themed Prom on June 19th, 6-10 pm at Bridgeview Yacht Club. Your prom tickets are on sale between 3rd and 7th periods in room 121. Single ticket - $125 and 250 per couple. Let the good times roll!"
